Test Time Calculator.
Estimate the total duration of a thermal-cycling test from the numbers you enter — cycle count, temperatures, ramp rate and dwell times.
This tool only performs arithmetic on the values you enter. It does not embed any standard's required cycle count, temperatures or durations — enter your own test profile.
Test it with ULMEKA
ULMEKA designs and manufactures the climatic and thermal test chambers used to run thermal-cycling profiles. The exact configuration is defined during the quotation stage.

Frequently asked questions.
How is the total test time calculated?
The tool computes the ramp time in each direction as the temperature span divided by the ramp rate, adds both dwell times to get the per-cycle duration, then multiplies by the number of cycles. Every input comes from you.
Does this tool know how many cycles my standard requires?
No. The tool performs arithmetic on the numbers you enter. The cycle count, temperatures, ramp rate and dwell times come from your own test profile or the applicable standard — none are embedded in the tool.
What ramp rate should I enter?
Enter the ramp rate your chamber and test profile specify. The tool does not assume a value; it simply uses what you provide.
Why might the result differ from a standard's stated duration?
This is a simple ramp-plus-dwell model. Real test programmes and chambers may add stabilization, soak, recovery or transition time that this estimate does not capture.
Can I use this for non-thermal tests?
It models thermal cycling (ramp and dwell). Other test types — vibration, humidity, immersion — have different timing models and are not covered here.
